Permanent waving, including spiral perms. Updo's for formal occasions or weddings. Bridal consultation is included for our brides with no extra charge. We also have a makeup artist for your special occasion makeup. We use Goldwell color for your color and hi-lighting services. City Spa has an experienced team, trained at the Goldwell Institute. We’re here for you for routine visits or special occasions like bridal parties and proms.
